I’m Freshta, a Registered Nurse (RN) with six years of experience with five of those years spent in the ICU working in various facilities across California. During my career, I’ve witnessed the incredible resilience and healing power of the human body, which inspired me to explore a more holistic approach to health. In 2022, I was introduced to lymphatic therapy as a way to support my own mental health and physical well-being, and the results were truly transformative.

This experience led me to deepen my understanding and commitment to holistic healing and its wonderful benefits. In 2023 I attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and became certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema treatment and management where I learned about the lymphatic system in great depth and how incredible and effective Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be. In 2024 I attended the same school and also became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for post-surgical procedure recovery. I believe in the profound benefits of lymphatic therapy, as it can support healing on a deeper level, addressing both physical and emotional imbalances, while also playing a vital role in nervous system regulation.
